The Village Council meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month at 7 p.m. The Planning Commission meetings are held quarterly on the 3rd Wednesday of February, May, August, and November at 7 p.m. The dates of the scheduled meetings for the Council and the Commission are listed below. 

All meetings are being conducted in person unless otherwise noted. They are held at the Village Hall, located at 24221 Front Avenue, Mattawan. The public is invited to attend.
